Terms and Policy

 Early Check-In
Check in is at 3pm or later on the date of your reservation. Please note that if check in is required before 11am, you will be charged for the previous night’s stay at the designated room rate set by Heart of I-Drive l (“Hotel”). “Early Check-In” any time after 11am but before 3pm will be subjected to a $25.00 Plus tax charge. While Check-In Age of 18 is accepted there is a Fee of $25.00 + Tax for anybody checking in under the age of 21 yrs old.
 
Cancellation Policy/Advance Payment
Once a reservation is booked you may modify/cancel online at your own convenience (or if you booked over the phone or in person), you shall have (24) Hours prior to the check in date on reservation to cancel the reservation without incurring any cancellation fee or charge. (Cancellation fee is equal to One Full Night plus Tax and $8.92 Hotel Fee). Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please reach the Reservation line at 321.754.1796 or email at Reservations@heartofidrive.com. (Please note that Full Payment is paid in Advance or if you book a Weekly Special RATE directly with the hotel, no refunds shall be provided if the reservation is cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS)
 
Refund Policy (No Refund)
All reservations are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
Shorten Stay Policy/Early Check Out
If you shorten your stay/check out earlier than your departure date, you will forfeit the remaining reservation day(s).
 
No-Show
If you fail to show-up on the reservation date (NO SHOW) for your reservation or cancellation of room—reservation is done after the 24 hours period set forth above (1 day prior to the arrival date), a One Full Night plus tax and $8.92 Hotel Fee will be charged.
 
Payments
Payments in Cash or Credit Card, Debit Card, Pre Paid is acceptable, there is a $100.00 Cash Deposit Required that is Refundable upon check out if and only if the room is Not Damaged or missing items, which shall be under the discretion of Hotel Management. Any refund provided will be in the form of a credit issued to debit card or credit card. There are NO CASH REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is a REFUND that needs to be refunded Guest must provide a Debit Card or Credit Card to leave on File in order to receive the refund.
 
Damage and Theft
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment, including the removal of electronics, towels, paintings, ornaments etc., will be charged at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Damage to linen or towels resulting from the use of body oils, makeup, shoe polish etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. Guests may also be liable for any loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent rooms due to damages or theft. Charges will be determined after review and consideration of Management.
 
Lost and Found
The Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items contained within your room during your reservation. In the event any items are left behind, Hotel will make reasonable effort to contact guest at least one time should Hotel staff find any item after check-out. Any item found by Hotel or its staff may be stored for 30 days as a courtesy to guest. Items left and unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity or discarded in Hotel’s sole and absolute discretion.
